COACHING PHILOSOPHY
There really is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness. That's why I don't sell generic workout programs on the internet - it just won't work for everyone, including myself. My coaching style takes into account your individuality: your lifestyle, environment, training experience, health history, personality, strengths, and opportunity areas.

If an exercise program isn't realistic for you, it won't be followed consistently, and little progress will be made. That's why my coaching philosophy is centred around personalizing fitness for my clients - if your training fits your busy schedule and exercise preferences, you are MUCH more likely to be consistent with it. All you have to do is show up and dedicate a few hours out of the week to working on yourself.
What I provide is efficient, structured strength training programs focused on getting you stronger and looking better, customized nutritional guidance tailored to your needs, and accountability check-ins that make you an active agent in building healthy habits to last a lifetime.
