ONLINE: NUTRITION + TRAINING + LIFESTYLE COACHING ($330/MONTH) 

Online programming includes training and nutrition plans provided on a weekly basis with virtual check-ins to ensure you’re on the right track. After an initial assessment, I design your weekly programs with your fitness and nutritional levels, abilities, and goals in mind. My programming is designed to get you strong and moving well while helping you implement consistent lifestyle habits, such as mindful eating, daily steps, and stress reduction + sleep hygiene practices.

  • initial assessment (physical, nutritional, lifestyle) to inform your training and nutrition programs

  •  free access to TrueCoach coaching app - view and log your workouts with video instruction, track your progress data + photos, and more

  • personalized training programs in 4-8 week blocks, each block centred around a specific goal

  • customized nutrition plan based on your goals (macronutrient-focused or food portions-focused)

  • recovery & mobility protocols

  • weekly check-ins with adjustments made to your plan based on your progress and feedback

HYBRID: 4X 1:1 IN-PERSON TRAINING + MONTHLY PROGRAMMING BUNDLE ($675/MONTH + HST)

4x monthly in-person training sessions + solo programming (I program your workouts with full instruction + video demonstrations, and you execute them on your own), and nutritional, habit development + accountability coaching

  • Come to me or I'll come to you! You're invited to our large, clean, private gym in Midtown Toronto (not a public gym), or I can travel to your home, condo, or gym to train you

  • track your progress via easy-to-use Sheets - view and log your workouts, progress data, and more

  • initial assessment (physical, nutritional, lifestyle) to inform your programming

  • block-focused training, nutrition, and habit-building programming tailored to your abilities and goals

  • solo workout programming with full instruction so you’ll know what to do and how to do it

  • check-ins & body composition analysis using a state of the art InBody bioelectrical impedance machine

  • customized mobility protocols (warm-up, cool-down, rehab and/or prehab exercises)

PRIVATE 1:1: 1-4X WEEKLY IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS ($115/SESSION)

1-4x weekly in-person training sessions, nutritional + habit development coaching, and bi-weekly check-ins to assess progress and adherence to your plan

1x weekly session: $115 per (plus self-directed training program)

2-4x weekly sessions: $115 per
