ONLINE COACHING: NUTRITION + TRAINING + LIFESTYLE GUIDANCE ($330/MONTH +hst) *includes FITNESS APP access*

Your entire plan in one app. Includes training and nutrition plans updated on a weekly basis, plus weekly text check-ins with me to ensure you’re on the right track. After an assessment call, I design your weekly programs with your fitness and nutritional levels, abilities, and goals in mind. My programming is designed to get you strong and moving with confidence while helping you create consistency with new habits, such as mindful eating, daily steps, and stress reduction + sleep hygiene practices.

  • initial call & assessment (physical, nutritional, lifestyle) to inform your training and nutrition programs

  •  free access to my coaching app - view and log your workouts with video instruction and input from me, track your metrics and progress photos, log your food intake, keep meal journals, and more

  • personalized training programs in 4-8 week blocks, each block centred around a specific goal

  • unlimited program adjustments - if you're travelling for work, I'll adjust your plan to be hotel gym-friendly that week; if you're experiencing an injury, I'll communicate with your doctor/physiotherapist/chiro to inform your training program 

  • customized nutrition plan (calories/macronutrient-focused or food portions-focused)

  • weekly text check-ins with adjustments made to your plan based on your progress and feedback that week

HYBRID: 1x WEEKLY 1:1 IN-PERSON TRAINING + ONLINE COACHING BUNDLE ($800/MONTH +hst) *includes FITNESS APP access*

1x weekly PT sessions (4x/mo) + solo programming (I program your workouts in your private app access with video demonstrations, and you execute them on your own), plus nutritional, habit development + accountability coaching

  • FREE consultation (75 min) 

  • private boutique gym access: you're invited to our large, clean, studio gym in Midtown Toronto (not a public gym), or I can travel to your home, condo, or gym to train you in Midtown or Downtown GTA

  • track your progress via my training app - view and log your workouts, progress data, and more

PRIVATE 1:1: 2-4x WEEKLY IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS ($125/SESSION) *includes FITNESS APP access*

2-4x weekly in-person PT sessions, plus private app access so you can train solo using our program, nutritional + habit development coaching, adherence strategies, and weekly check-ins with me for accountability and to assess progress

  • FREE consultation (75 min)

Kaylee is absolutely amazing!
